Frosted Cookie Wölfing

Firmness: Medium (OO50)

Reason for flop: several issues - couple of bubbles under finger pad (see photos). Couple of small dark inclusions under surface (these are soft and fully encapsulated - see photos). A few of the painted sprinkles towards the top of the fingers have minor delamination around edges, where excess release agent has been trapped between painting and pouring. These have been picked at to assess level of delamination, which is evident in a few sprinkles (see photos).
